Board of Directors

	Tao Luo (59), Non-Executive Chairman Tao Luo is the Chairman of China Nonferrous Metals Int’l Mining Co., Ltd (CNMIM). He is a senior economist with over 30 years experience in the nonferrous metals industry in China. He was a Vice Director of Beijing General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals. He was also the Chairman of Committee of Supervisors and Vice President of Aluminium Corporation of China Ltd. (CHALCO), a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He is presently the President of China Nonferrous Metals Mining (Group) Corp.(CNMC).

	David Tang (45), Non-Executive Director David Tang is President of China Nonferrous Metals Int’l Mining Co. Ltd, (CNMIM). He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree (1988) majoring in computer science from Central-South University, China and also holds a Master of Science degree (1991). In the early 1990s he pioneered the trading system for the first nonferrous metals future commodity exchange in China. He worked for several years in Canada in the investment management and consulting industry before returning to China to take up office at CNMIM.

	Leonard Lee (46), Non-Executive Director Leonard is also a director of Top Consultant (Hong Kong) Company Limited, has an MBA from the University of Rochester in New York and is fluent in Mandarin and English. He successfully set up businesses in Canada and China, and provided consultancy service to companies such as BASF and DZ BANK. Leonard is a representative on behalf of Golden Max Group Limited who is Kryso's second largest shareholder.

	Craig Brown (41), Managing Director and Finance Director Craig Brown qualified as a Chartered Accountant in New Zealand in 1993 and has spent more than fourteen years in the Central Asian mining industry, with the bulk of that time spent in Tajikistan in various positions including Chief Accountant of a substantial operating mine and Chief Financial Officer of a Canadian listed company.

	Abuali Ismatov (51), Executive Director Abuali Ismatov is a prominent Tajik businessman. He graduated in 1981 from the Tajik Agricultural Institute with a Diploma in Hydro Engineering and in 2001 obtained a Masters Degree in Finance and Economics from the Tajik State National University. Since 1992, he has played a key role in numerous companies established in Tajikistan with foreign investment.

Senior Management

Ismoil Safarov, General Manager

Ismoil Safarov graduated from Tashkent State Technical University and has worked as a production engineer, quality control engineer and superintendent. Prior to joining Kryso, Ismoil was the Chief Specialist in the Mining Department of the Ministry for Industry in Tajikistan.

Mirahmad Umarov, Chief Geologist

Mirahmad Umarov graduated in 1980 from Tajik State University as a geologist specialising in geological mapping and mineral exploration. From 1980 to 1999, he worked for the Maghian Geological Expedition of Tajik Geology as an Engineer Geologist, then as a Senior Geologist and finally as Chief Geologist of numerous geological exploration parties. He was involved in the discovery and evaluation of the Jijikrut antimony deposit and the Chore, Eastern Duoba, Upper Kumarg and Chorroga gold deposits in Tajikistan. From 1999 to 2005 he was Chief Project and Exploration Geologist at the Jilau gold mine.

Richard Li, Chief Operating Officer

Richard has 28 years experience as engineer and manager for China ENFI Engineering Co. Ltd. and more recently as Vice President of CNMIM. At CNMIM Richard managed numerous projects including rehabilitation of gold mines, exploration of copper mines and acquisition of gold projects in countries such as Laos, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Australia.
